EveryLeader is a youth-led non-profit on a mission to democratise leadership development for young people globally, breaking down every barrier that stands in the way.

The problem

Traditional programmes
leave most people behind.

The leadership development space is broken. Existing programmes are designed for those who already have advantages, and that's exactly the problem we solve.

Built for existing leaders
Competitive application processes select those who already have leadership experience — shutting out those who need it most.

Expensive and paywalled
High fees and limited financial support means leadership development is a luxury, not a right.

Geographically limited
Students from underprivileged regions and developing countries are left without access to the same opportunities.

Many young people believe leadership is something you're born with. We're here to prove that's simply not true.

Our philosophy

Leadership is a skill.
Not a gift.

We reject the idea that only certain people are “natural leaders.” Leadership skills such as communication, empathy, conflict resolution and decision making can be taught, practised, and refined by anyone.

Leadership skills transcend leadership.
Skills like active listening and conflict management make you a better person, colleague, and friend — regardless of whether you're ever in a formal leadership role.

Everyone can lead.
We want to provide every young person with the resources and opportunity to develop key leadership skills, not just those who've already proven themselves.

These years are formative.
High school is when young people form their identity. We don't want anyone to rule themselves out as "not a leader" during that critical window.

Confidence is foundational.
Effective leadership starts with confidence in yourself. Building this during adolescence creates a platform for a lifetime of impact.
