About the process

Nothing we deliver
is made up on the fly.

Every workshop goes through a rigorous six-stage process before it reaches a participant — grounded in research, refined by feedback, and delivered by trained facilitators.

From lived experience
to lasting impact.

Two feedback loops sit at the heart of our process — one internal, one external. This is what separates a good programme from one that keeps getting better.

01
Lived Experience

Our team starts by reflecting on the skills and lessons they wish they had as high schoolers — identifying what leadership development would have genuinely made a difference.

02
Research

Our dedicated research department produces in-depth briefs synthesising the latest academic journals, studies, and literature across each core leadership domain.

03
Workshop Synthesis

The programmes team interprets the research into accessible, engaging workshop blueprints — translating evidence into activities, frameworks, and discussions that work for young people.

04
Internal Feedback & Iteration

Every workshop blueprint goes through an organisation-wide review before it reaches a participant. Team members across departments critique, challenge, and improve each session — ensuring quality from the inside out.

05
Workshop Delivery

Trained, certified facilitators deliver each session live. Our facilitators are selected for both their expertise and their ability to connect with a young audience.

06
External Feedback & Iteration

After each session, participants submit structured feedback through forms and surveys. We analyse this data systematically to improve the participant experience with every cohort.

Our pilot programme is live. Six sessions, every second Saturday, free and open to young people globally.
